Spinning 40,000 tons, with Japan Toyota JAT 710-230, JAT 810-230 air-jet looms, a total of 320 sets, including 160 jacquard dobby machines, which can produce cotton fabrics, blended fabrics, cotton and nylon, cotton polyester, nylon 30 million meters of all kinds of fabrics such as cotton interwoven fabric, imitated silk, tencel and four-sided elastic new fiber fabric.

Yibin Tianzhihua Textile Technology Co., Ltd. is a vortex spinning yarn production base invested and built by Tianzhihua Group in Wangchang Industrial Park, Pingshan County, Yibin City, Sichuan Province in response to the national targeted poverty alleviation and the major strategic deployment of "East-West Cooperation". The total scale is equipped with 500 sets of Japanese Murata vortex spinning machines. At present, the first and second phases of the plant and equipment have been fully put into production, and 204 units have been assembled and put into production.
